From Wednesday, November 12 through Thursday, December 11, 2025, Manshuin Monzeki welcomes visitors to Special Autumn Admission 2025. This season marks the first return to Manshuin of the Important Cultural Property Grass and Insect Scrolls from the Kyoto National Museum. Visitors can admire this elegant work, with its delicately rendered plants and insects, alongside contemporary art that creates a new space where tradition and creativity resonate.

Hours: 9:00–17:00 (last admission at 16:30)
Special admission: ¥1,000

For the first time in several years, Manshuin will open for special evening viewing. Gently illuminated, the gardens and halls reveal a serene beauty distinct from their daytime appearance. We invite you to experience the changing play of light amid the autumn foliage.
